COMMON TECHNICAL ISSUES/QUESTIONS

1.  Do I need to reinstall the full version over the demo when I buy it?

YES, and any reminders from the demo will be saved and automatically transferred.

2.  I installed the full version and there is still an expiration reminder in the program.

Just delete it if this pesky reminder remains. If you installed the full version you have upgraded and all functionality is the same and will keep working past the 30 day demo trial expiration.

3.  Where does NeverForget store reminders?

Depending upon version, either in a file with the extension .nf2 or .nvr and you can copy these into the same directory on a new computer to transfer the reminders.

4.  I get an error during installation and cannot install the program.

You are running anti-virus software during install and need to disable it while you install the program.

5.  Is there a new version available past 2.0

No, not at this time.
